Campers

Applications will open on Sunday, March 1st and close on April 15th (or until camp is at capacity, usually before the deadline).

→ Camper Application Process

1. Review all the resources to understand the RYLA program, expectations, and your responsibilities.

2. Submit your application through a Google Form.

3. RYLA will send you an offer letter (subject to remaining availability).

4. Campers and their parent/guardian sign and return the RYLA agreement forms. Completion of your agreement forms does NOT guarantee your place at camp.

5. Wait for a confirmation of enrollment from RYLA.

Apply early and return any agreement forms ASAP!!!

RYLA admits students on a first-come, first-served basis with a max capacity of 125-150 students, which means camp is often full before the application deadline.

New Facilitators

New facilitator applications will open by March 1st. Please check back later. Returning facilitators should not use this form.

New Facilitator Application and Training Process

• Review the materials on the RYLA website (About, Campers, Facilitators).

• Submit your application through a Google Form.

• Meet with a RYLA staff member by phone or online to discuss your background and interest in the RYLA facilitator position.

• Eligible candidates are invited to undertake the Rotary Youth Protection Certification process.

• Participate in online facilitator training and staff development sessions in June and July.

Returning Facilitators

Facilitators who have previously served at RYLA camp should complete this expression of interest form. RYLA alumni and those who served at other RYLA camps should use the New Facilitators application. Returning facilitators will be contacted regarding serving at camp and the schedule for training and team bonding.
