Camper applications are open now until Thursday, April 30, 2026 (or until camp is at capacity, usually before the deadline).

→ Camper Application Process

  1. Review all the resources to understand the RYLA program, expectations, and your responsibilities.

  2. Submit your application through the Google Form link.

  3. RYLA will send you an offer letter (subject to remaining availability).

  4. Campers and their parent/guardian sign and return the RYLA agreement forms. Completion of your agreement forms does NOT guarantee your place at camp.

  5. Wait for a confirmation of enrollment from RYLA.

→ Important Tip

Apply early and return any agreement forms ASAP!!!

RYLA admits students on a first-come, first-served basis with a max capacity of 125-150 students, which means camp is often full before the application deadline.

New Facilitators

New facilitator applications are open now until Thursday, April 30, 2026. Returning facilitators should not use this form.

New Facilitator Application and Training Process

  • Review the materials on the RYLA website (About, Campers, Facilitators).

  • Submit your application through the Google Form link.

  • Meet with a RYLA staff member by phone or online to discuss your background and interest in the RYLA facilitator position.

  • Eligible candidates are invited to undertake the Rotary Youth Protection Certification process.

  • Participate in online facilitator training and staff development sessions in June and July.
